These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and DustDelux ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Barrix platform, including all features, AI tooling, one-click authentication, and one-click .apk delivery services available at barrix.dustdelux.com and related subdomains.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms in full. If you are using Barrix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Barrix is an AI-driven integrated development environment (IDE) that provides:

• AI-assisted coding — intelligent code suggestions, generation, and review powered by AI models.
• One-click authentication — streamlined sign-in and project authorization via OAuth 2.0.
• One-click .apk delivery — automated build and distribution of Android application packages to specified targets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@dustdelux.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to use Barrix to:

• Build, distribute, or deliver applications that are malicious, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.
• Circumvent, disable, or attack the platform's security or authentication systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary AI model weights or infrastructure.
• Distribute .apk files containing malware, spyware, or unauthorized data collection.
• Violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Resell or sublicense Barrix services without written authorization from DustDelux.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the source code, assets, and applications you create using Barrix. By using the platform, you grant DustDelux a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely as necessary to operate and deliver the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your builds or code. We will not use your proprietary code to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of any .apk you build and deliver through Barrix. This includes compliance with:

• Google Play Developer Policy (if distributing via Google Play).
• Applicable app store policies for any distribution channel used.
• All applicable laws in the jurisdictions where your app is distributed.

DustDelux provides the delivery infrastructure only and is not liable for the content or behavior of applications delivered through the platform.

AI-generated suggestions and outputs provided by Barrix are for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before use in production. DustDelux does not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DustDelux and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use Barrix — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@dustdelux.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DustDelux is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a jury trial.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use and may close your account.
